HOTEL ACCOMMODATION



The Organizing Secretariat - Studio ER Congressi - has reserved a number of rooms in Maritim Hotel with a special rate for Congress participants. Limited availability.

For all other hotels, Congress-Tourismus-Würzburg is the only official mandated housing bureau for this Congress. A number of hotel rooms in various hotels have been reserved in Wurzburg. Please find below the details:


A) INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

Individual reservations can be made via this link: click here. 
You will receive a confirmation email with your hotel voucher. The room will be guaranteed with your creditcard, payment will be done in the hotel upon check out.
 
 
B) GROUP HOTEL RESERVATIONS

For group accommodation, please send the request to service@wuerzburg.de   
IMPORTANT: indicate the name of the meeting “EMN2027” in room request to get the special rates!
 
Deadline
Deadline for hotel accommodation requests is February 19th, 2027.
